2026 Calendar
As we expand westward to connect the communities of Chilhowee, Holden and Kingsville with eastern Johnson County and the Spirit Trail, the Spirit Trail Coalition is searching for new members who are interested in alternate transportation systems to serve on the coalition. Citizens who live or work in these communities are encouraged to contact the coalition at info@spirittrail.org with their contact information.
Organizations planning an event using the Spirit Trail are encouraged to send details to the Coalition so the event can be posted on the calendar. This will alert other trail users of the event's date and time. Posting does not reserve the trail or parking for the event. It is courtesy information only.
The Spirit Trail extension through Knob Noster State Park and the connection to Whiteman Air Force Base is open. Because of weather conditions, always check State Park conditions before you go at this link. Trail Conditions
